These standards protect your experience, my time, and the work we create together.

When boundaries are clear, everyone is cared for.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required.

Changes within 48 hours

50% of your scheduled service will be charged.

No-shows or same-day cancellations

100% of your scheduled service will be charged.

This is not a penalty.

It honors the preparation, artistry, and blocked time reserved for your appointment.

Arriving Late

Please plan for your appointment with intention.

Hair color requires time, precision, and focus. When appointments are rushed, the work suffers and so do you.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will require rescheduling and the cancellation fee will apply.

I do not compress or modify services to fit a shortened time window.

I will not rush a process or take shortcuts due to added commitments in your day.

Your results and your emotional experience depend on time and presence.

My time deserves the same respect as yours.

In-Person New Guest Consultations

Every new guest begins with a private, in-person consultation.

This appointment includes:

  • Hair and scalp assessment

  • Review of hair history

  • Emotional comfort level with change

  • Maintenance preferences

  • Realistic goal setting

  • Transparent pricing

Consultation fee: $75

This fee is applied toward your first color appointment if you choose to move forward.

If canceled late or not attended, the consultation fee is forfeited.

Transformational & Evolution Sessions

These sessions require intentional planning and dedicated studio time.

I do not double-book or rush services.

Your appointment may include:

  • Multi-hour sessions (4 to 12 hours)

  • One- or two-session pathways

  • Progressive evolution over several visits or several months

Each step is designed around:

  • Your hair’s integrity

  • Your emotional comfort

  • Your lifestyle

  • Your budget

  • The pace at which you prefer to move

You will always understand the plan before I touch your hair.

Children, Guests & Companions

To preserve the calm and privacy of the studio, children, guests, or additional visitors are not permitted during your appointment unless medically necessary.

This ensures the environment remains quiet, safe, and distraction-free.

Studio Etiquette

Your appointment is a time for peace, not performance.

You are welcome to:

  • Rest

  • Read

  • Watch something quietly

  • Work quietly

  • Simply exist in peace

During color application, I often wear headphones.

This allows me to work with full concentration and artistic intuition.

I create hair by reading natural patterns, not through small talk.

This is how I give you my best work.

Hair Integrity & Ethics

I will never:

  • Compromise the health of your hair

  • Take on panic-driven or impulsive color

  • Use untested or unsafe product lines

  • Attempt extreme changes on fragile hair

If your hair requires healing or gradual transition, we will begin there first.

Your long-term confidence matters more than short-term results.

Pricing Philosophy

My pricing reflects:

  • Two decades of expertise

  • Advanced color design

  • Meticulous individualized planning

  • A private, single-guest studio

  • The emotional and artistic labor of this work

I do not discount or negotiate pricing.

You will always know:

  • What we are doing

  • Why we are doing it

  • How long it will take

  • What it will cost

Respect & Boundaries

Every woman is treated as a human being, not a trend.

You are free to choose the stylist who feels right for you, without shame or pressure.

That same respect is honored here.

I do not perform impulse hair, quick fixes, or panic makeovers.

If decisions are being made from stress or urgency, we pause and reassess.

My role is to guide you, not push you.
